WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in fort lauderdale
I felt the food quality was very good, went for theVeryVeggie Omelette, great mix of fresh veggies and the feta cheese made a bid difference for flavor. Great food, freshly cooked, the portions are very generous. They are missing though a good cappuccino machine because so far they only serve regular black coffee. I will return!

Kitchen 420 has a variety of menu breakfast menu items, but they are usually the typical breakfast fare. Omelettes, Pancakes, etc. but they usually have their own twist to it. I wanted to get a sample of a little of everything so I ordered the "Breakfast 2", which had huge sausage, potatoes, a gigantic Belgian waffle and some eggs for around $10. That cannot be beat! I really liked everything about this place, the service could have been a little bit better but the restaurant was extremely busy so its understandable. I will have to come back and try the lunch.

I had the impression this was comfort food only but I just had the best salad of my life...grilled chicken paillard. All the food around me looked delicious...great service...so happy to have a new great restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale!

Within 5 minutes we were ready to order, as I said in a constricted time, the waiter was right on it. The food was ready pretty quickly as well. Obviously, this is huge. No one really wants to spend their entire lunch break waiting for food, and then having to rush to eat it. Essentially, the timing was perfect. On a weekend, when I am not in a crunch, that's when I can stand in line and wait. The food? Fantastic! You must try all things crispy. Especially the crispy Brussels sprouts, they will definitely make you rethink these veggies. Our table ordered several appetizers they were all quite good, but those Brussels stood out the most.

The waitress was awesome and very friendly. The place is family owned. They make all the ingredients from scratch in house. Their menu items are fresh and healthy. Their portions are also good too. Not too much like some breakfast places. I found their prices to be on par with nice breakfast places where everything is local. The ambiance is casual and cool. Very modern/earthy vibe with plants and murals. The place looks great. Can't wait to come back again.

The place is super cute. The exposed blue ceiling, artistic stenciling, and colorful chalkboard quotes create A know eclectic atmosphere. Although outdoor seating isn't an option at the moment there's plenty to choose from inside from the bar to booths. Service was prompt and pleasant. They made no qualms about accommodating my request, which is always appreciated. The Lemon Ricotta Pancakes were heavenly! Topped with fresh blueberries it was just the right amount of sweet and savory. I ordered a side of egg whites and they too were made to perfection. I left Kitchen 420 totally satisfied and anxious for a return visit.

F&@*%#*ing awesome!!! We ordered fried pickles to start and they were perfect. Great fried batter and perfectly crisp w a dipping sauce. My friend got the French dip and it was perfect. Tender meat, fantastic au jus dipping sauce. Oh and it was on challah bread. I ordered the chicken and waffles. Let me start by saying the waffles are made w bacon inside!! The fried chicken was fried to perfection, not greasy. For sides we got the Brussel sprouts, loved them, nice and crispy. The cheesy grits....kind of self-explanatory and then to be a little healthy the garlic spinach. All was fantastic!

Nice neighborhood place for breakfast and lunch. Service is excellent and the food came out hot and prepared exactly as ordered. Some great unique items on the menu that we tried and was brought out very quick. Chicken and waffles was a real winner and we have been back a few weekends in a row. A def. place to go to for a quick delicious breakfast.

The frittata was cooked to perfection and served with fresh lemon dill aioli. The flavors were light and creamy. My brother had me try his veggie burger, and I was surprised how amazingly good it was. Usually veggie burgers are dry and bland, this was neither. It was actually juicy!
